Through the kaleidoscope of emotions that I’ve been shifting through across the days, my loved ones have truly been holding me down. From dinners over FaceTime & sent books in the mail, platonic intimacy and romance is bringing me peace.
To me, platonic love is one of the most powerful forms of love out there. And I want to see platonic love celebrated for the tenderness it carries, for the grounding and growth it gives me. For the ways that platonic love teaches me to deepen the love I’m practicing to carry for myself.
That said, here’s a romantic guide to love letter writing! You can use it to inspire letters written to all of your loves, whether friends, partners, family, etc! Getting mail is one of my biggest joys, a little note carried across the world to say nothing more than “I love you.”
Happy letter writing! If you do a letter writing sesh I will big cry if you send me a preview. All of yall have the biggest, bravest hearts, and they’re worth being celebrated with the people that love and celebrate you.
